LSH 2.2.0.5: "Internal Server Error" While Installing OBIEE Business Area, and [nQSError: 47077] NQSConfig.ini file was not found in OBIA (Doc ID 1582749.1)

Symptoms

 LSH 2.2.0.5 and OBIEE 11.1.1.7, you are not able to Install a OBIEE Business Area inside LSH.  You may also see:

 

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.


Please contact the server administrator, name@server.com and inform them of the time and error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error".

 

also you may see the following error message in the Administration Tool:

 

[nQSError: 47077] NQSConfig.ini file was not found.  Make sure your environment is set-up properly
(ok)

 

Changes

 Upgraded OBIEE to 11.1.1.7.
