When the ODS ETL is run, P6 application users that have the Enterprise Reports module assigned are created on the Oracle database instance.  In the event that you need to disable this user creation aspect of the ETL process, please refer to the following solution below.

Please note:  For the ODS to properly implement P6 EPPM user-level security, the ODS will create a database level user if you give a user the Enterprise Reports module access in P6.  Database views are then created for the ODS tables. The ODS database then creates public synonyms and gives users access to these synonyms. When the ODS database user accesses the tables, row, and fields through these synonyms, a filter is applied that gives users access to data based on their P6 EPPM security attributes.  If the user(s) do not exist, reporting using the ODS schema owner will allow users to see data they do not have access to in P6 EPPM, therefore it is strongly recommended to keep database user creations with the ETL in place if you're reporting requirements require filtering based on project/global level security access.
