Why Should local.autorestart.timeout be Longer Than msprobe Interval? (Doc ID 1582937.1)

Goal

If mshttpd (or other any other automatically restarted process) is crashing more frequently than local.autorestart.timeout, can we just reduce that timeout so it will continue being restarted until we can get a fix for the core dump problem?
