Symptoms

An SMS (Short Message Service) Channel has been set up on a Messaging Server 6.3-8.04, in order to convert an incoming mail message to an SMS message, which will then be sent to a mobile phone device. http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E63708_01/doc.801/e63711/msadm_sms.htm#MSVAG911

When this email uses base64 encoding to carry the body text, just as shown below:

then, the SMS message will be delivered with empty body content to the final recipient.
