OUASA 2.4.0.4 - C1-FTGL Extract Failed Load After SP4 Upgrade (Doc ID 1583356.1)

Goal

Here's the changes made to CCB and BI environments:
1) CC&B Upgraded to 2.4
2) OUASA 2.4 upgraded to SP4

After above upgrade, the FT GL fact load failed into BI. After further investigation, it seems Flat file format and BI external table are not compatible each other.
Populate attached extract file into external table and check data for DATA_SOURCE_IND, ARREARS_DT, UDM6 fields.
