Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, after installing OFSAAI Patch, you cannot login as the system administrator or system authoriser.  The following error appears:

[1102] Please Check your User Rights. No Roles have been defined for you.

However, these users are not missing any roles.

If you clear the application "cache" as described in the OFSAAI Installation and Configuration Guide, in item "8. Perform the following post installation configurations", you get a new error:

Red Oracle

weblogic.servlet.jsp.CompilationException: Failed to compile
JSP /login.jsp login.jsp:228:24: Syntax error on token "Invalid
Character", delete this token String strPrincipal =
#SSO_REQUEST_PARAMETER; ^ login.jsp:228:25:
SSO_REQUEST_PARAMETER cannot be resolved String
strPrincipal = #SSO_REQUEST_PARAMETER;^---------------^

Please contact your System Administrator for more information.

The errors prevent you from logging into OFSAA Infrastructure successfully.
