"FRM:47343 - Invalid node ID specified" Error When Logging Into RMS With Permission to View Action Folder

Symptoms

Retail Merchandising System (RMS) start menu search buttons gives the following error:


Steps to Reproduce:

Scenario 1:
1. Log in to RMS.
2. Make sure user has privileges only to access certain screens.
3. Try the search on RMS start menu.
4. Notice an error occurs FRM:47343-Invalid node ID specified for hierarchical tree item TREE".

Scenario 2:

1. Remove user access to a certain folder
2. Login to RMS GUI
3. Click on the folder above the one that user no longer has access
4. Click the "Expand All" button
  Getting "FRM: 47343-Invalid node ID specified for hierarchical tree item TREE" error
5. Click the "Collapse All" button
  Getting "FRM: 47343-Invalid node ID specified for hierarchical tree item TREE" error
