Unable To Change Task Due Date Or Start Date To Be "None" (Doc ID 1583676.1)

Oracle Communications Connector for Microsoft Outlook - Version 7.3 and later
Oracle Communications Calendar Server - Version 7.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

This issue can be duplicated in the following manner:

1.  Within Outlook Connector, switch to the Task pane

2.  Create a new Task with specific start and end date information, for example:

  startdate 2013-08-01
  enddate 2013-09-01
  some summary: Test

3.  Save the Task

4.  Edit the Task and set the startdate to '~none'

5.  Save your change

Result - the following error is observed:
