Symptoms

When attempting to run the Network Charging and Control(OCNCC/NCC)'s  profile on the Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) using a command like the following one :

Because of this issue, configuring the data collection parameters fails and information that is specific to NCC is not gathered in the RDA report.
