After Upgrading to Endeca Tools and Framework 3.1.x from Workbench 2.x Experience Manager Browser Does Not Return Record Information (Doc ID 1584286.1)

Symptoms

The Experience Manager Editor does not display any records in Boost and Bury cartridge (Record Spotlight) and all of the check boxes are checked.

  1. Login to Tools and Framework
  2. In the Navigation Tree on the left hand side under the Content section, create new, or, open an existing Content Item Spotlight (For example default Experience Manager Template is called HorizontalRecordSpotlight)
  3. Under Spotlight Records click on Edit List
  4. The list of records returned in the Records section does not display any values
