On : BRM 7.3.1 version with patch 9864771, Customer Center

Customer Center does not display bill details after TAX ONLY EVENT ADJUSTMENT

Customer Center displays bill details after TAX ONLY EVENT ADJUSTMENT

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a product PRODUCT-A with any tax code (for example 10% tax) and MRC amount 100 USD
2. Create an account and purchase product PRODUCT-A . Make sure the event ( MRC event is taxed)
3. Do "Bill Now" on account .
4. Drill down to bill, then items and adjust the MRC event ( select the check box "Adjust Taxes Only", while doing event adjustment) .

4. use opcode PCM_OP_AR_EVENT_ADJUSTMENT to do event adjustment in mode PIN_EVENT_ADJ_TAX_ONLY .

5. Refresh Customer Center and go back to "Balance Tab"
6. Click on the bill to see item details . But it displays nothing.
