6.5 - 7.5 Upgrade Scripts Not Populating Fields In Invoice_t (Doc ID 1584515.1)

Symptoms

Issue:
--------
The following invoice_t fields are not getting populated by the upgrade scripts:

inv_flags, status, billinfo_obj_db, billinfo_obj_id0, billinfo_obj_type, billinfo_obj_rev

Upgrade path is from 6.5 - 7.5PS5.
Once upgraded to 7.4, noticed that the mentioned invoice_t fields are not being updated. These new fields got added as part of the 7.3.1 - 7.4 (which is part of the 7.3 - 7.4 upgrade) but they never get populated with anything. The values are NULL. There are no errors in the log files during the schema upgrade.

These fields are updated when New invoices get generated or when the older ones are Re-generated via pin_inv_accts -regen option. For the old legacy invoices (i.e. BRM 6.5 system) these fields are NULL.
They are simply omitted from the upgrade process all together.
