Symptoms

When attempting to navigate to Break Identification Summary page, the page is not loaded the following error occurs in web server fsapps.log.
Navigation: Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) --> to Break Identification Process Summary.

ERROR
Executing action method = paginateQuery java.sql.SQLException:
ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
