The Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper (OCSG) plugin wizard is not following the location attributes as it should when used in the import wsdl tag.

When loading a wsdl that contains an import tag with the "location" attribute "sr_terminal_status_interface folder", the eclipse plugin is failing with the following exception:

Additionally, looking in the folder D:\eclipse\workspaceOCSG50\mycompany\soapts\plugins\tmp the only files that have been copied to the workspace are:
* soapgen_common_faults.wsdl
* soapgen_common_types.wsdl
* TerminalStatusService_2_1.wsdl

The wsdl file sr_terminal_status_interface_2_1.wsdl is not copied to the workspace under workspaceOCSG50\mycompany\soapts\plugins\tmp
