When loading a wsdl that contain an import tag with the following "location" attributes:
sr_terminal_status_interface folder.

The eclipse plugin is failing with the following exception:

Additionally, looking in the folder D:\eclipse\workspaceOCSG50\mycompany\soapts\plugins\tmp the only files that have been copied to the workspace are:
* soapgen_common_faults.wsdl
* soapgen_common_types.wsdl
* TerminalStatusService_2_1.wsdl

The wsdl file sr_t

Terminal_status_interface_2_1.wsdl is not copied to the workspace under workspaceOCSG50\mycompany\soapts\plugins\tmp
