Goal

We are using Oracle Communications Messaging Server 7u4-27.08(7.0.4.27.7) 64bit.

We have a requirement to enable admin privileges to an account so that it can perform only certain operations on any users in the system using IMAP proxy. The only allowed operation we need is:  List Folders and Create New Folder operation.  Can this be done?
