CDI Error Occurs When 'Acknowledge' An Alert Due to Manual Close Selection on Alert Type

On : 220.127.116.11 version, Alert
#1. Error occurs when you 'Acknowledge' an alert from the Alert Portal for "Crew Overtime" alert types:
Note: You are able to Acknowledge alerts from the Right side Alert queue on the CDI. The error only seems to occur when you go to the Alert page and search for alerts and attempt to acknowledge them.
#2. For Crew Panic Alerts, no error is shown, but the alert does not transition to 'acknowledged".
Type Error: ElementPath is Undefined
STEPS TO RECREATE
1. From the CDI, go to Menu, then Main Menu, then Service Management, then Alert. Search for any active alerts and open it up.
2. Hit the 'Acknowledge' button.
For example 1, the Error will occur. For example 2, no Error is shown but the alert does not transition to "acknowledged".
