With Communications Express for Oracle Communications (UWC), there was a useful way to add invitees/resources to an event. You would click on "Add from the address book", and then you would type your search criteria, and you would have your results. You could then select invitees you wanted to add, and do another search without losing the initial selection. You could always see invitees you had added and could select them (and eventually de-select them) in parallel of another search.
With Oracle Communications Convergence, it only allows you to do just one search from the address book each time to add invitees. So, if I did a search for "te" and selected invitees, it would add them. BUT, I would have to re-open the address book window again to add other invitees, who have different criteria, such as invitees who begin with "mc", etc. There is no way to add multiple invitees of different criteria at one time - each criteria has to be separate.
Is there any way to get around this, so that Convergence allows multiple search criteria for adding invitees to an event?
