At SLEE Start-up, The Parameter 'scmg_ssn' is Sometime Set to '-1' (Doc ID 1585964.1)

Goal

During SLEE start-up, the SIGTRAN m3ua_if interface reports that its configurable scmg_ssn parameter is set to -1, which outside its valid range of 0-255.  The following error and notice messages are logged:

Oct 11 08:53:11.936137 m3ua_if(5097) ERROR: {401029} Global scmg_ssn should be between 0 and 255 inclusive, not -1
Oct 11 08:53:11.936935 m3ua_if(5097) NOTICE: {402019} Global scmg_ssn = -1

Question: Is this a problem?
