Customer Account Is Not Synchronizing To Pipeline When We Do The Transfer From One DB To Another DB (Doc ID 1586016.1)

Symptoms

The user is trying to transfer contract (Subscriber) from one BA (Billing Account) to another BA in different database.

During this process, the contract is created in new DB under different BA, but this information is not synchronized to Pipeline. Because of this the rating will fail when trying to process CDR for this service (IMSI/MSISDN).

The error showing up at Pipeline side during rating time as below:
