Goal

On Supply Chain Analyst dashboard > Plan Health Summary > Report: Plan Cost Summary show Carrying cost calculated.
How is Carrying Cost and Revenue calculated in the MSC_COSTS_F table?  The value seems to be coming from msc_bis_inv_detail.
How does this table get populated and what is the formula to calculate carrying cost and revenue?
