ProcessingOrder Datatype Inconsistency in IVSVersionField (Doc ID 1586181.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 26, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Insurance Policy Administration J2EE - Version 8.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 8.1.0 version, Versioning

There is a discrepancy between how the ProcessingOrder is being logged in the IVSVersionField table.
When the ProcessingOrder column is created as a result of a Plan Copy, the ProcessingOrder’s value is stored in the IntValue.
However, when the ProcessingOrder row is created as a result of a config code being checked out / checked in, the ProcessingOrder’s value is stored in the TextValue.

Expected Behavior
The Processing order in the IVSVersionField should always be stored as an integer.
