ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

LDAP synchronization is not uploading all the users and some of them are synchronized with the account disabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LDAP synchronization should allow to upload all the required users as expected.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, not all the users are enabled to use OPPM
