Issue Clarified:

The "include sales activity" option (supposed to mirror the results of creating and running a Detail Report) are incorrect in that the query returns complete sales activity as opposed to just the cross-over sales activity; please clarify what "only sales history" is supposed to return

Request to Integrate Simple Sales with the Sales Detail Avail Reports:
1. Incorporate Sales Detail and Simple Sales reports in one avail query
2. Allow user to select which report to execute - Simple Sales only or both Simple Sales and Sales Detail
