We are not able to invoke one cartridge from another(Both cartridges are deployed in the same domain).

The details:

While order testing, the order stays in ACCEPTED state at the task Initiate_Credit_Evaluation.

At this task the request generated is sent into the 'oms_ws_requests'queue. This is a custom queue created during installation. Now on pausing this queue the request is visible but after releasing this queue, the request vanishes completely and thus we do not receive a response:
