We are using Convergence 2 with patch 5. For some users, Convergence "hangs" at a percentage when logging in. Due to this, certain employees (5 reported) are unable to access their email accounts. Some of the users notice the problem at the 15% mark (being "user preferences" for us) and others are seeing the problem at the 85% mark (being "mail" for us).
Because of this, the users are unable to log in successfully.
The following errors are noted in the iwc.log at the time of the problem:
