Changing UIM Weblogic Password Giving Errors (Doc ID 1587356.1)

Symptoms

Customer has changed the weblogic password.We changed Admin server and the 2 SAF remote Queues. Cleared the cache, logs temp files from Admin and managed server. WE even changed the boot.ptoperties on Admin and managed server to reference the new password.

However while start up observe following exception. Wanted to know Where would it be keeping this reference?

Error message :
