Getting Authentication Exception for UIMCacheTopic After WLS Admin User Password is Changed (Doc ID 1587356.1)

Symptoms

Customer has changed the password for WebLogic Admin user.
However while start up observe following exception.

Error message :

Exception [EclipseLink-22106] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.1.3.v20110304-r9073): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.RemoteCommandManagerException
Exception Description: Could not create external JMS connection with Topic UIMCacheTopic, Topic Factory PomsTopicConnectionFactory, and Context properties {java.naming.provider.url=t3://XXXXXX:YYYY, java.naming.factory.initial=weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory, java.naming.security.principal=uname, dedicated.connection=true, java.naming.security.credentials=encrypted_pwd}
Internal Exception: Exception [EclipseLink-22101] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.1.3.v20110304-r9073): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.RemoteCommandManagerException
Exception Description: Could not obtain JNDI context with properties {java.naming.provider.url=t3://XXXXXX:YYYY, java.naming.factory.initial=weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory, java.naming.security.principal=uname, dedicated.connection=true, java.naming.security.credentials=}
Internal Exception: javax.naming.AuthenticationException [Root exception is javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090304]Authentication Failed: User weblogic javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User uname denied]
