Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.5, the following error occurs when creating a new partner on PARTNER.FMB form:


Steps to Reproduce:
  1. From rtkstrt, select Setup > User Attributes > Edit.
  2. Open the User Attribute [userattr] form.
  3. Set the Language to French and click OK.
  4. From rtkstrt, select Control > Partner.
  5. Open the Partner form.
  6. Set the Action to 'New' and Type to any selection.
  7. Press OK.  The error message occurs.
