Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure 7.x, when you try to change the "config" schema password for the Reveleus Server by following the instructions in <Document 1246774.1> "How to Change the OFSAA Config and Atomic Schema User Passwords in OFSAA", the process hangs after you enter the new password at the prompt.  See the example below:

setting port:9999
Server id is:DAPPINST99996666
Setting ip:xx.xxx.xx.xxx
setting port:9999
Server id is:DAPPINST99996666
Setting ip:xx.xxx.xx.xxx
setting port:9999
Please provide the system password

The process hangs at this point and does not proceed further.  Additionally, the new Reveleus.SEC file is not created in $FIC_HOME/conf and the Reveleus Server does not start.
