Symptoms

On : 9.3.1.2 version, Folders, Files & Attachments

When attempting to get or open file attachment in Agile. Message say Fail to download "filename.ext" because the following reason:
the following error occurs :  The preferred file server : http://knxagileiis.petnetsolutions.net/Filemgr?AttachmentServlet for user: xxx is down. Please contact system administrator.
