Cannot Run Baseline Index or Search after Installing ATG Endeca CRS Application (Doc ID 1587892.1)

Symptoms

After installing CRS 10.2 on Linux, you can't perform the "Baseline Index" action successfully or do any searches on the CRS front end

You found that after full deployment in the ATG dynamo admin of production server the status of the component /atg/commerce/endeca/index/ProductCatalogSimpleIndexingAdmin/ was PENDING
