RPM Location Move Fails With Error Message 'No Cause Associated'

In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) 12.0.10IN (India Localization version), Location Move is stuck in 'Pending Error Check' status with error "No cause associated" present in the backend.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to RPM.
  2. Navigate to Zone Structure -> Maintain Location Move.
  3. Create a new location move request from old zone to new zone.
  4. Select the Schedule from dropdown and click Update button.
  5. Notice that Location Move is stuck in 'Pending Error Check' status, and in backend the following error appears:
