Why Does the Usage Analysis Result Screen Graph Display Different Values to the Available Usage? (Doc ID 1588635.1)

Goal

Why are the values displayed on the Usage Analysis graph different to those displayed in the Available Usage section? When the cuts are exported to CSV format why do the values match those displayed in the graph?
