Problem with PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_CANCEL_DEAL. The opcode is invoked properly with all required input fields on flist.

During execution, fm_subs_utils_get_orig_cycle_events is executed to determine to which billing cycle events belong to. This search fails due to ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype.

fm_subs_utils_get_orig_cycle_events previously mentioned performs the following search:

1) The exact same search executed on database though SQL works fine (taken from dm logs and filled with proper values from search args).
2) When the original search is tested via testnap it returns exactly the same error.
