FCT_BillingRecord Not Creating MONITOR_PACKET (Doc ID 1589066.1)

Symptoms

On : BRM 7.3.1.0.0 version, Pipeline Manager

FCT_BillingRecord is not creating MONITOR_PACKET.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. enabled the following business parameters
    -- automated_monitor_setup
    -- balance_monitoring
  2. ensured following notify events are present in confg_notify_events_t :
       7853 0 /event/group/sharing/monitor/create
       7854 0 /event/notification/service/pre_purchase
       7855 0 /event/notification/service/pre_purchase
       7856 0 /event/notification/service/pre_purchase
       7857 0 /event/customer/billinfo/modify
       7855 0 /event/customer/billinfo/modify
       7857 0 /event/group/member
       7854 0 /event/group/member
       7857 0 /event/notification/bal_grp/modify
       7855 0 /event/notification/bal_grp/modify
       7854 0 /event/audit/subscription/transfer
       7860 0 /event/billing/monitor/update
  3. enable edr dump after FCT_BillingRecord
  4. created a simple plan for /service/telco/gsm/telephony to rate TEL usage
  5. created an account with above plan. Event "CustCreate" is received in process log
  6. from customer center --> Balance tab , created a Balance Monitor
    (Heirarchy type , credit floor =0, credit limit = 50 , threshold =80%) .
  7. ensure following events are received by pipeline as seen in process log :
    "ModifyGroupSharingMonitors"
    "AddOrderedBalanceGroup"
    "AddOrderedBalanceGroup"
    "CreateGroupSharingMonitors"
  8. now rated a CDR for the account
  9. check edr dumps.
