AutoVue Client Server is configured to use Active directory authentication via the Kerberos protocol. When users try to open any file in AutoVue Applet the following error is thrown:
Initialization failed : No authentication credentials passed to server. Was client CredentialObtainer plug-in specified via CREDENTIALOBTAINER param?
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Kerberos authentication as specified in the AutoVue Security Guide http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E37436_01/otn/docset.html
2. Launch AutoVue Applet and try to open a file, the above error will be show up.
