Oracle Communications product documentation used to be primarily stored and shared in Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (aka E-Delivery) media packs in pdf format. In October, 2013, those Oracle Communications product documentation media packs transition to the Oracle Technology Network (OTN) and these are now stored in the Help Center site.
