Allocation Parameters VPI and VCI not Pulled from ISR but Defaulted to Zero

While adding a Hard Connection in the schematic design of the virtual connection that is ordered via a broadband ISR order, the VPI value in Schematic design is defaulted to ‘0’ instead of the VPI value entered in the Virtual Connection tab of the ISR order.
Occurring in 184.108.40.2067 ,220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.1687 as well . This worked fine in 22.214.171.1246 .
1. Create a Broadband ISR Order (X) with Physical and virtual Circuits.
2. Specify the VPI for the circuit in Order.
3. Associate the Circuit between Network elements and processed the NET DSGN task.
4. Associated successfully, but the allocation parameter VPI is not pulled from the order and it is defaulted to value ‘Zero (0)’.
In this particular scenario, user get problem while designing the Virtual through DLRD task. We see the VPI value not populating from the ISR .
