'Loader Worker With Direct Load Option' error when undo summary and perform online replan

ORA-00001: unique constraint (MSC.MSC_SUPPLIES_U1) violated,
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option RPM_CONC_PROCESS_ID in routine &ROUTINE,


MSOOLP module: Online Planner ends with below error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
On 12.1.1 ASCP unconstrained plan, user did the sceneario step by step as described below
1.) Add manual demand and start online planner
2.) Run online replan
3.) System change supply details due to manual demand added
4.) Perform undo summary to purge manual demand
5.) Re-run online replan
6.) Online planner status window show error
7.) Request id 792114 'Online Planner' complete error
8.) Request id 792114 error message

APP-MRP-22100: Request 792125 failed
