Orders Designated to Dispatch from a Normal Queue Are Being Dispatched from an Emergency Queue (Doc ID 1591087.1)

Symptoms

Task types that are designated as normal activities, and should be dispatched from a normal dispatch queue, are being treated as Emergency activities and dispatching from the Emergency dispatch queue.

This behavior slows down the Emergency dispatch queue.

Additionally, these activities are designated as Emergency activities on the Gantt chart and Mobile Application, when they are configured to be normal activities in MWM.
