Crew Shift Override Behavior and Plugin Customization

Goal
1) Create a crew and define 3 Service Areas (A1, A2, A3) in the 'Crew Shift Overrides' section.
2) Create a Common Shift Weekly Template with. Create Shift Templates for all days with a default Service Area B1 in the 'Covered Areas' section.
3) Subscribe the crew from step #1 to this template.
Result: The actual shifts created for the crew only show B1 in the 'Covered Areas' section.
My expectations is that the generated shift will have A1, A2, A3 and B1 service areas defined.
