How to Configure the Contact Phone Sequence Number to Allow Only Non-Negative Numbers (Doc ID 1591504.1)

Goal

The Customer Contact Phones table has a Sequence column that contains the preferred calling order for reaching the customer contact.  The standard Product configuration allows the operator to enter any integer value including negative numbers.  If desired, negative numbers can be blocked from being entered.

Since the sequence is a random number that is entered by the operator, this does not cause any functional issues.
