Automatic Report Scheduling Triggered For A Non-significant Follow Up (Doc ID 1591575.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 31, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 7.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

This problem regards an initial case that was received in 2003 for which a follow up was received in 2013.

The processing site added a comment to the case saying “non significant follow up” and have not ticked the “significant” check box. The expected behavior would be to have no new report triggered as no new medical information was received. Despite this a report was auto scheduled. Furthermore, when the follow up was received in 2013, the previous significant report dates of 2003 were used to drive the submission due date.
