Emails With Invalid Timezone Format In Date Header (e.g. +09:00) Are Corrected To +0009

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A mail client, sending an email, specified a Date header field containing a timezone like "+09:00".
When this email passes through the Messaging Server, the Date header of the received mail becomes "+0009".
