Symptoms

On OFSAAI 7.3.2.2/6.0.3, for Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), when attempting to run object migration for an FTP Standard process, it fails due to dependent interest rate objects.  The following error is found in the FUSIONSUBSYSTEMS.log:

Steps to Reproduce Problem

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following:

1. Create an IRC curve with code 1234 in source environment
2. Create a new TP rule using this IRC in source environment
3. Login to target env and create an object migration rule by selecting the above Tp rule from source env
4. Executed and the migration 'view log' says successfully migrated.
5. Checked the IRC curve in target and found that the IRC got migrated with a wrong code defaulted to '1'.
6. The TP rule also got migrated but the definition is empty.
