Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Data Collections from EBS products (717, 590 and 951) to Planning Data Store


Seeing no demand or works orders in the PS Workbench.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To see the PS Workbench populated

MSC_SCP_PACKAGE_EXTRACTION_TIME (PACKAGE=Distribution) (TOTAL_TIME=0)

MSC_SCP_PACKAGE_EXTRACTION_TIME (PACKAGE=Supplier) (TOTAL_TIME=0)

MSC_SCP_PACKAGE_EXTRACTION_TIME (PACKAGE=WorkOrders) (TOTAL_TIME=0)

MSC_SCP_PACKAGE_EXTRACTION_TIME (PACKAGE=Manufacturing) (TOTAL_TIME=0)

etc.

showing none of the SQL executed and all 0 time and with MSC: PS/SNO Debug Mode set to Yes

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the PS Plan for an ASCP integrated plan
2. Open the Workbench
3. See no Works Orders or Demands
