The Baseline Update On Store Fails Very Frequently And Also Causing The Endeca Dimension To Disappear (Doc ID 1591888.1)

After reviewing Doc ID 1577813.1, found out that the Baseline Update is scheduled to run on one of the ATG Production server instances every 4 hours and Partial Update is not run.  

Baseline Update is failing intermittently. 

When this scheduled baseline update fails on CategoryToDimensionOutputConfig method you may find that only a few of your records get transferred to CAS record store.

"Indexing Job Status" for /atg/commerce/endeca/index/ProductCatalogSimpleIndexingAdmin component in Dynamo Administration shows as below.

As a result, dimensions are missing in the deployed application in Endeca.

/atg/search/repository/ConfigStatePersister.acquireLockTimeoutMs was increased from default of 30000 to 60000 but the problem still occurred.
