Agile PLM ATO’s Not Able To Extract Files to Destination

3 Transfer order in released status
Where Sent tab doesn't show error message but extracting
2 ATOs and 1 CTO from 7/18
Other TOs transferred fine
ACS is working fine
3 problem TO go to 3 different destinations
Can export problem TOs but 1 export can take over 2 hours.
2 FTP destination and 1 destination is on the application server
Changed: Server has re-started but still the same result.
