Goal
XML is easier to manipulate than using the GUI of Pricing Center. However, committing the changes to BRM database and having it sync to AIA is more convenient and better handled in Pricing Center (as we do not need to transfer the XML and use the console to invoke loadpricelist).
Would like to inquire if there is a utility that can convert an XML to IPL preferably in the Windows environment.
