ReIM Login Username Should Be Case Insensitive

The Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) login username should be case insensitive.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Make sure that IM_BUSINESS_ROLE_MEMBER contains a row with user name ‘ADMIN’.
- Try logging into ReIM with user name ‘admin’.
- Expected – User name should be case insensitive and should allow login
- Actual – Login fails with error message ‘User name/password invalid’
