ReIM Login Username Should Be Case Insensitive

The Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) login username should be case insensitive.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Make sure that IM_BUSINESS_ROLE_MEMBER contains a row with user name ‘ADMIN’.
  2. Try logging into ReIM with user name ‘admin’.
