Error 'Summarize project failed, com.primavera.bo.base.BONotFoundException: The Calendar you selected was deleted by another user' and Project Publication Fails (Doc ID 1593162.1)

Symptoms

When publishing projects in P6, the process fails with the following:

JOBSVC table Error:

Querying the JOBSVC table as schema owner show the error in LAST_ERROR_DESCR field for all the entries are either "logs.no_keylogs.no_key" or "logs.no_keylogs.no_keylogs.no_key"

 

Job Service Publication log Error:

In the log file for the failed job, the following error is returned:
